Our Story

Best Products Sales & Service, Inc. was founded in 1998 with a simple goal—to provide honest, dependable service to banks, credit unions, and businesses that handle cash every day. What started as a small family operation has grown into a respected name in the financial technology and ATM industry.

From the beginning, we built our business on relationships, not transactions. Our founders, Steve Wilkenshoff, and Chip Botjer began their careers in 1970 as a Brandt dealers, which later became De La Rue and Glory. Decades of hands-on experience taught them that customers deserve more than just equipment—they deserve a partner who understands their business and stands behind every installation. That same belief still guides everything we do today.

Best Products is family owned and operated, now led by the next generation. Our close-knit team brings together decades of experience in ATMs, teller automation, money processing, payments and cash management. We are proud to be both small enough to stay personal and flexible, yet experienced enough to serve large multi state clients with confidence.

What We Do

We provide sales and service for a wide range of financial and retail technology, including ATMs, ITMs, teller cash recyclers, self-service coin machines, and currency processing equipment. We represent leading manufacturers such as Hyosung, Genmega, Atec, Glory, Scan Coin, Magner, Cassida & DPL allowing us to recommend the right solution—not just one brand.

In addition to equipment, we offer full ATM outsourcing, cash automation consulting, and local service agreements that keep your operations running efficiently. Whether you manage a single branch or an entire network, we deliver the same level of care and reliability that built our reputation more than two decades ago.
