Today was good day for the ATM industry. The Justice Department is ending an Obama era program that had attempted to cut off credit to “shady businesses”. If you operate an ATM Company- you are classified as a “shady business” even though the flow of cash is 100% traceable. Even more so than most businesses out there.
Although this is positive news for the ATM industry, all we can do is hope that sooner than later this will translate to fewer bank closures and less headaches in dealing with banks to get cash.
